As a founding member of the Stray Cats, Lee's unique image and upright bass helped propel the Cats to sales of more than sellen million records. In 1982 the Stray Cats were nominated for a Grammy and featured on the cover of Rolling Stone. Since then, Lee has performed or recorded with such legends as Carl Perkins, Dave Edmunds, George Harrison, Ringo Star; Jeff Beck, John Fogerty, Robert Plant, Scotty Moore and Willie Nelson. In 2003 he released his CD, Bulletproof, and he continues to tour throughout the U.s. And abroad.

Phil, the bassist for Ozzy Osbourne, has also played with Eddie van Halen, Peter Frampton, Billy idol and others. He specially designed this video program to build confidence in playing through exercises and musical concepts - for all levels of players .

Phil Soussan (born June 23, 1961 in London, England) is a bassist, songwriter and producer who has been a member of bands of the singers Ozzy Osbourne, Billy Idol, Vince Neil, Johnny Hallyday and John Waite. He has also played in bands featuring Jimmy Page, Steve Lukather, Edgar Winter and Richie Kotzen. He was also a member of the band Beggars & Thieves.

With Ozzy Osbourne, he played on the album The Ultimate Sin and wrote the hit single "Shot in the Dark".

With Vince Neil, he reportedly first played in the band Black Rain, then he reportedly played on a Vince Neil Band demo tape, and then co-wrote some songs on the Vince Neil Band's first official album Exposed.

As a writer he has contributed to all of the bands that he has been with, most notably writing Exposed, the first solo album for Vince Neil, the Luke album for Steve Lukather and "After You're Gone" the opening track to Mindfields the album from Toto. This latter track was nominated for a Grammy.

Recently he has also been a producer and mixer and has worked on projects by Dokken, Jani Lane, Toto and Blues Traveler.

In 2006 he released his debut highly acclaimed solo album entitled Vibrate featuring him singing and playing guitar and bass on original material.

He is currently a member of the supergroup "Big Noize" featuring alongside lendary singer Joe Lynn Turner, guitarist Carlos Cavazo, and drummer Vinny Appice. Carlos Cavazo and Phil Soussan previously played together in the band Black Plague.

Phil is also serving as a Board member of the Grammys also known as NARAS, in the Los Angeles chapter.
